Small-batch custom T-shirts in Burnet, Texas.

A few shirts still deserve thoughtful artwork and a print that feels right. We help with the design, garment, sizes, and placement, then quote the order you actually need. Our screen printed transfer process makes smaller runs practical without ruling out larger orders later.

What counts as a small order?

There is no one number that fits every design and garment. Tell us how many pieces you need, which sizes you have in mind, and when you need them. We will confirm whether the request is practical and price it for your actual combination of artwork and apparel.

We use screen printed transfers: the design is printed in ink onto a sheet and then applied to each garment with a heat press. That can reduce some of the setup involved in printing directly on every shirt. The finished look can be similar to direct screen printing, while the cost still depends on the job. See how our transfer process works.

From your idea to a shirt you want to wear.

01

Show us the idea.

Send a finished logo, a sketch, or a description of what the shirt is for. We can help prepare the artwork for apparel.

02

Choose the pieces.

Tell us the quantity, sizes, preferred garments, and deadline. We will check availability and work through the print size and placement.

03

Review the plan.

We confirm the artwork, garments, timing, and quote before anything is made. Your first request does not place a paid order.

Made for real occasions

One idea can work for a handful of people.

We can help you think through apparel for a family gathering, a neighborhood business, a team, or a celebration. The design and garment should fit the people who will actually wear them.

Before you send a request

Small-order questions, answered.

Is there a minimum order?

Send us the quantity you have in mind. Minimums can depend on the design and garments, so we will confirm what is feasible before quoting.

Can we choose different sizes?

Tell us the size mix you need. We will check garment availability and confirm the full order with you.

Do we need a finished design?

No. Bring a logo, a sketch, or a starting idea. We can help get the artwork ready for print.

Will it cost less than direct screen printing?

It can for some smaller runs, but there is no universal cheaper method. Artwork, garments, quantity, and timing all affect the quote.
