Shopping

Adding, changing, or removing an item in your bag does not place an order, charge you, or reserve stock. Your bag is saved in this browser. Displayed prices are website prices; shown stock is a dated snapshot and can change. If an option is not available for website checkout, you can send Micah an order request. A request message does not charge you.

When secure website checkout is available for an item, its current price and stock are checked before payment. You see the item price, available shipping rates, calculated sales tax, and full total before submitting payment. An order is placed only after payment is confirmed. If an item becomes unavailable, we will contact you to offer an alternative or a full refund.

Shipping

Website checkout displays available carrier rates and estimated delivery times for your order before payment. We prepare the package and buy postage after the order is placed; delivery timing is an estimate, not a promised date. We will send tracking information after buying the label and shipping your order. If we cannot ship within the time we promised, or within 30 days when no time was stated, we will contact you about the delay and offer a choice to wait or cancel for a full refund.

Returns & refunds

For ready-made items, contact micah@texasobsession.com within 30 days of delivery with your order reference to start a return. Items should be unused and in their original condition; apparel should be unworn and unwashed. Once we receive and inspect the return, we refund the item price and its associated sales tax to the original payment method. For a change-of-mind return, you pay return postage; the original outbound shipping charge is not refunded after the order has shipped. We do not charge a restocking or card-processing fee to customers for eligible returns.

If you cancel a ready-made order before it ships, we refund the full amount, including shipping and tax. If the item arrives wrong or damaged, or the shipment does not arrive, contact us so we can arrange a replacement or a full refund, including shipping and tax, at no extra cost to you. We cover return postage when we ask you to send back a wrong or damaged item. Please include photos when available so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Refunds go back through the original payment method when possible. Your payment provider and card issuer control when the credit appears on your statement. Your legal rights remain in place.

Custom projects

Sending an inquiry starts a conversation; it does not place an order. We will confirm the artwork, garment, quantity, price, timeline, and any proof or approval steps with you before work begins. Any deposit, cancellation rule, or return limit for personalized work will be stated in your written quote before payment. Once you approve a proof and production begins, a custom item cannot be returned for a change of mind or fit preference. If the finished item is wrong or defective, contact us so we can make it right.

Your artwork

If you send a logo, design, or other artwork, please make sure you have permission to use it for your project. You keep your rights to your artwork. Sharing it with Texas Obsession lets Micah review it, prepare a proof or quote, and produce the items you approve. Texas Obsession will ask before using a custom project as a public example.

Your information

When you contact Texas Obsession, we use the information you provide to respond and work on your request. We do not ask for card details through messages. A secure payment provider processes card payments for eligible website orders under its own policies. For destination sales tax, checkout sends the shipping address and item details to TaxJar. Please avoid sending sensitive personal information in a message.

Optional visitor analytics are currently turned off. We do not load Google Analytics on this website.

If address suggestions are available at checkout, typing a street address sends that search to Google Maps to suggest matching addresses. You can enter your address manually instead. Google's Maps terms and Privacy Policy also apply to that feature.
